These people may not feel comfortable exercising next to the fitness bunnies and muscle heads that are at the traditional gym. Even the gyms that promise no judgments and keep out the super fit aren’t helpful. You need to pay extra on top of your membership for a personal trainer to show you how to use the equipment. Even if you do pay for the trainer, once they show you what to do you are on your own unless you keep paying. That’s why we say “We are not a gym, we are a program. Get with the program”

FITWORX started in 2010 as a Medical Fitness Trial, and was specifically designed to work with diseases caused by inactivity and poor lifestyle choices (Type II Diabetes, High Cholesterol, and High Blood Pressure, Coronary Heart Disease). FITWORX has evolved from a medical trial to the solution for a Healthy Lifestyle and Permanent Weight loss. It has been proven to lower and even eliminate certain medications related to these conditions. Our revolutionary program is designed to help you reduce your body fat percentage by increasing your metabolism. With our 12 month program, your metabolism can burn up to 500 extra calories per day, or 3500 calories per week ~ OR ~ 1 lb. of fat per week at resting heart rate!!!
